Resources and evidence-based information so you can make informed choices, Partner/Doula Exercises where we discuss massage techniques and ways to help you manage pain.
24/7 On Call Support beginning at 38 weeks,
A TENS unit rental.
You will also receive Immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours after baby is born to establish bond, breastfeeding and healing.
We will discuss Spinning Babies techniques with every prenatal visit. It is vital that you understand where your baby is and how balance, movement and gravity can bring your baby into this world.

- ONE prenatal visit where your wants, fears and birth preferences are discussed. We will go over labor stages and positions.
- Labor and Birth Support from texts and calls to coming to your home early or meeting you at the hospital and guiding you and your partner throughout the phases of labor until baby is in your arms.
- Two postpartum follow ups to make sure life is running smoothly and mindfully after birth
- ONE INITIAL IN HOME APPOINTMENT WITH A CERTIFIED LACTATION CONSULTANT TO DISCUSS LATCH AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE
